How we take care of our players
Our 9U coach, Stephen Francis, is a physical therapist and has created an arm care routine for our boys. Stephen recommends these exercises be performed after a practice/game but not when we have a game the following day and to build them into “off days” as well. It is designed to build strength in the muscles and ligaments that will help protect our players for years to come.
